The start of my career in public accounting led me to a CFO position in the mortgage industry. Over time, I explored my entrepreneurial traits and founded a business to raise institutional capital and financing to acquire MSRs.

Through several years of progression in the mortgage industry, I was Co-founder and CEO of Access Lending, a privately held specialty finance company that provided residential mortgage warehouse lines to a nationwide customer base for 11+ years beginning in 1997. Access operated independently for nine years and was sold for a significant premium to book value to a large NYSE traded mortgage company in 2006, and then to a regional bank in 2007.
Recognizing the need of IMBs for MSR finance, we founded MorVest Capital in 2013 and partnered with a regional bank to create one of the first MSR facilities available post-financial crisis.
