Patrick T. Moran is Founding CEO of Pebble Life Science. He hails from a family with multiple generations in healthcare and large-scale agriculture and began Pebble from a foundation of 12+ years natural product and plant genetics R&D. Multilingual with a philosophy degree and formally trained as an attorney, Patrick developed the hypothesis that drives Pebble’s patent estate as they pioneer safe, effective, low-cost cancer therapies that fit traditional IND/NDA regulatory requirements by isolating, combining and developing the CMC for synergistic natural small molecules and proteins. This innovative platform is capable of providing several first-in-class oncologic and neurologic drugs that target high-unmet needs with monotherapy, adjuvant, and combination applications. To support this new modality against treatment-resistant cancers, his team has developed an ethical, time-and-cost efficient NAM-dominant IND-enabling pathway that minimizes the need for animal studies.
