Renate brings 11 years of experience in the Property Management field. She began her career working on a student housing project in Charlotte North Carolina, followed by a brand-new 400 unit lease up. Thereafter, she decided to take her career to Miami where she worked on three different properties for AMLI Residential. She worked in Miami as well as Broward county, building her experience in different markets. In addition to her professional work, Renate has volunteered with local street and beach clean-ups and contributed hours to Feeding South Florida and His House. Renate began working at RIVR Lofts in September of 2024, and was quickly promoted to Partner of Moderno Asset Management in January 2025. She works closely with Doron Broman, CEO of Moderno Development Group, focusing on expanding property management and the upcoming construction of new luxury properties. With her Bachelor’s in Psychology, Renate also brings valuable insights into client relations.
