Amy Snow serves as Chief Research Officer and Chief of Staff at The Wonderful Company, the largest agricultural company in the world and one of the largest privately held companies in the United States. The company is known for its portfolio of iconic good-for-you brands including FIJI Water, POM Wonderful, Wonderful Pistachios, JUSTIN wines, and many others. Amy also serves as Executive Sponsor of the company's employee health and wellness initiative and the DEI initiative, Wonderful Together. She was instrumental in launching the first enterprise-wide mentorship program.
For more than 30 years, Amy has helped shape the branding and strategy of the world’s biggest brands including Google, Amazon, Nike, Disney, Meta, Visa, Starbucks, Toyota, Uber, Netflix, Microsoft, Burger King, and Microsoft, among many, many others. She’s conducted research in more than 20 countries, designing and leading multi-method branding and innovation initiatives. Amy is a well-known and respected researcher with expertise in innovation, philanthropic strategy, and cohort studies. For nearly a decade, she studied and tracked Gen Z for Disney.
Her work has won an Ogilvy Gold Award and two MarCom Awards, one Platinum and one Gold for Brand Design. She has presented at TMRE, the Insights Leadership Conference, CRC, and Qual360, and guest lectured at USC, UCLA, Wake Forest University, and the University of New Hampshire.
Amy sits on the board of Section Z, a non-profit founded by her wife, Stephanie, that leverages the power of sports to open opportunities to girls and women. As a female executive in a male-dominated field, Amy believes the lessons she learned playing sports were some of the most formative and valuable to her success in the business world.
In addition to her career and volunteer work, Amy raised two daughters, Carson, a copywriter, artist, and filmmaker, and Cameron, who earned two degrees from Berkeley and is now in her second year of law school at USC.
