Brian joined five like-minded insights professionals to found the Insights Career Network, a community for research and insights professionals with the purpose of helping one another through career transitions in early 2022. He and his colleagues developed the brand and its offerings together and by engaging the broader community of insights professionals all along the way and gaining their support.

Brian has been a driving force in the development of the organization's strategy, culture and operations and has leveraged his experience in insights, marketing, and entrepreneur run businesses to elevate ICN's work.

He has since hosted or than 70 twice-monthly free virtual Seekers & Allies meetups and steered the organization through accelerating growth in members, followers and event attendees.

He previously served in a variety of research sector roles including as Chief Chief Operating Officer of CFMC/Survox, one of the original survey research platforms where he directed global operations, expanded SaaS and service lines, and navigated successful acquisitions, building strong client partnerships with high-profile firms including The Gallup Organizations, CVS, MaritzCX, Starbucks and J.D. Power & Associates.
