Ciara O’Connell is Sr. Director, Consumer Insights and Analytics for Winland Foods, a global manufacturer of private label and branded foods for retail and co-pack customers across dozens of food categories. In this role, she is responsible for developing and leading an insights capability to rival that of larger CPGs to drive insight-fueled growth and differentiated innovation for the company’s brands and its retailers’ brands.

Prior to joining Winland Foods in November 2024, Ciara developed significant experience within consumer research, strategy, and innovation, primarily in the Consumer Insights and Analytics Department at Campbell Soup Company, where she ultimately led that function for both Campbell’s Snacks Division and Campbell’s Meals & Beverages Division in her nearly 15 years at the company.

Ciara holds advanced degrees in Anthropology, Marketing and Strategic Foresight, and is a lifelong learner and innovator who is always eager to find market research solutions in that magical intersection of agile technology and deep human insights.
