With 20 years of experience spanning industries, business models, and brand life cycles, Delicia has built a career at the intersection of data and decision-making. She has held leadership roles at globally recognized companies, including The Coca-Cola Company, Johnson & Johnson, Abbott, Georgia-Pacific, Serta Simmons Bedding, and WestRock. Her ability to translate consumer understanding into real-world business results has made her a trusted voice in the industry.
Delicia holds a Master of Marketing Research degree from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor’s in Accountancy from the University of Illinois, blending analytical rigor with consumer-centric strategy.
Outside of work, Delicia is all about family. She and her husband of 17 years, Tony, spend weekends cheering on their two boys, Jackson (11) and Graham (9), as they take over the soccer and football fields. Whether she’s decoding market trends or sideline coaching from the stands, Delicia brings the same energy, passion, and strategic thinking to everything she does.
