Jenny is a Sr. Market Research Manager at Microsoft, overseeing the AI category & synthesizing AI research insights. She built the first prototype for an AI persona chat bot for market research and set up Microsoft’s first AI tracker monitoring the category since inception (going on 2 years now!). Previously, she has over ten years of experience across large scale and boutique agencies.
