Michelle Glaser is an epidemiologist turned analytics leader with over 15 years of experience using data to drive strategic decision-making and impact. As Head of Data and Analytics at Understood.org, she develops and implements data strategies, ensuring clean and accurate data, leading to impact measurement, actionable insights, and informed decision making. She came to Understood.org after building and growing the analytics team at Weightwatchers and rebuilding the digital analytics team at Macy's/Bloomingdales.

She has a passion for numbers that enables her to effectively build and drive global data and analytics strategies. She excels at translating ambiguous business needs into actionable problems and identifying the right methodologies to address them. Michelle holds a MPH in Epidemiology from The George Washington University.
