Pam Forbus is an accomplished senior executive, a Forbes World’s 50 most influential CMO, and an Industry Board Veteran with 30+ years’ experience providing valuable growth leadership through marketing and data-driven consumer insights expertise. Pam brings a unique ability to connect the dots between consumers, insights/analytics, demand science, and business strategy to drive innovation, invigorate legacy brands, launch new products, and build strategic partnerships. Pam recently joined Mondelez International as SVP, Global Chief of Insights and Analytics, leading a 200+ team of research and analytic professionals to deliver data-informed growth plans for a $26B portfolio.

Before this role, Pam served as SVP, Chief Marketing Officer of Pernod-Ricard USA, where she set the marketing and growth strategy for a $2B portfolio of 26 brands for the world’s second-largest wine/spirits leader. Before her CMO role, Pam was the SVP of Consumer Experience, Insights, and Data Science for Walt Disney Studio Entertainment. During her 3-year executive tenure, she led the centralization of five teams to deliver integrated consumer-centricity and marketing strategies for Disney movies and streaming products.

Prior to Disney, Pam spent 17 years with PepsiCo and was the global functional leader of Insights & Analytics, a 500+ person global organization. While at PepsiCo, Pam created business value by pioneering, refining, and executing the transformational demand science approach to marketing and consumer insights across PepsiCo’s top 30 global markets/countries. Before PepsiCo, Pam spent 12 years in the Advertising Agency industry, primarily on automotive accounts.

Pam has held several leadership positions in industry organizations, serving as Vice-Chair of the Marketing Accountability Foundation and Trustee of the Marketing Accountability Standards Board. She also served on the Board of the Marketing Science Institute (MSI) for nine years and on the board of the ANA for two years.

Pam graduated cum laude from Saginaw Valley State University with a BBA and was voted Business School Alumnus of the Year in 2014. An avid golfer, art and design enthusiast, and passionate self-learner, Pam’s hometown roots are the Detroit suburbs, but she currently resides in Dallas, Texas, with her husband, Robert.
