Emily is an investigations, litigation and dispute resolution lawyer based in London. She focuses on commercial litigation, civil fraud, financial crime and contentious regulatory investigations. Emily has worked on some of Norton Rose Fulbright’s most significant investigations, including a major regulatory PRA and FCA enforcement case for a bank and a cross-border SFO bribery and fraud investigation. She regular advises corporates and financial institutions on multi-jurisdictional bribery, corruption and fraud and her investigations practice is complemented by her substantial civil fraud experience. She also has significant experience of group claims involving third party funding and has been consistently recognised as a ‘Key Lawyer’ in the Legal 500 for Contentious Financial Services and Civil Fraud.
Emily’s experience also includes conducting internal investigations, risk assessments, and designing and implementing compliance programs. Emily regularly advises clients on the new failure to prevent fraud offence and its potential implications in both the civil fraud and investigations space.
