Giulia is an Executive on the Business Integrity and Corporate Governance team at British International Investment plc ("BII"), the UK's development finance institution. At BII she works on complex business integrity due diligence reviews into private equity fund, venture capital fund and equity transactions across emerging markets, as well as supporting portfolio investments in implementing business integrity and corporate governance frameworks and best practices through ongoing engagement and training.

Before BII, Giulia worked as a consultant at global risk consultancy Control Risks, focusing on corporate investigations into integrity issues across different sectors and jurisdictions before moving to Crown Agents Bank, a UK wholesale bank working with financial institutions across Africa, Asia and Central America, where she assisted client in streghtening financial crime risk management controls in line with best practices and provided bespoke advisory to central banks and regulators.

Giulia speaks English, Italian, French and Spanish and holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Geneva and an MSc in Security Studies from University College London.
