Ilaria is Executive Counsel at Baker Hughes where she leads the global anti-bribery and private compliance programs. She has extensive experience advising on regulatory matters, in particular in respect of antitrust/competition law, bribery & corruption, money laundering and financial crime and data privacy.
Prior to joining Baker Hughes, Ilaria was in-house counsel at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, where she provided advice on regulatory matters, and a competition lawyer in private practice where she was involved in advising clients on all aspects of EU and UK competition law including regulatory investigations, mergers and litigation before the EU and UK courts.
Ilaria holds a business and economics degree and is a licenced attorney in England & Wales and in the US (Texas).
