Iryna Holovkova is a seasoned Ethics and Compliance leader with over 20 years of experience in legal and compliance roles, including more than a decade in the pharmaceutical industry.

Currently serving as the Global ABAC Due Diligence Lead at Indivior, she oversees anti-bribery and anti-corruption frameworks across 16+ markets, integrating risk-based controls and compliance technologies to support global operations.

Her career spans leadership roles across the CIS region, where she built compliance programs from the ground up, led transparency reporting under EFPIA, and supported complex M&A integrations.

Iryna is known for her strategic vision, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to embed ethical culture within multinational organizations.

She holds an MBA and is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional International (CCEP-I), with a passion for integrity, innovation, and operational excellence.
