Judith is Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at Afiniti, a pioneer in customer experience (CX) artificial intelligence (AI), delivering measurably better business outcomes for some of the largest enterprises in the world. Judith has a reporting line to the company Board and leads Afiniti’s compliance program.

She has over 20 years of experience driving high-impact initiatives mitigating compliance risk exposure across the energy, financial services, and technology sectors. A lawyer with a masters in technology law, Judith joined Afiniti in from TikTok/ ByteDance, where she was Head of Ethics for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Before that, she was Global Head of Compliance at S&P Global Platts where she achieved authorization before the Dutch Authority for Financial Markets when part of its benchmarking operations became regulated.

Judith has held leadership positions at GE Oil & Gas, Superior Energy Oilfield Services, and Wood Group and has strong M&A experience. She has a reputation for positioning compliance as a credible business partner and a proactive, pragmatic approach to mitigating compliance risks.

She is a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance & Ethics; served for multiple years as a judge for the global Women in Compliance awards and has advised boards at publicly-listed and start-up companies.
