Rajib is SAP’s Compliance Officer part of the Office of Ethics & Compliance (OEC) responsible for the implementation of SAP’s compliance program in the UK, Ireland and Nordic & Baltic region covering approximately 5,000 employees.

The OEC’s mission is to advance SAP’s business goals by promoting a culture of integrity; helping SAP to ‘Win the Right Way’ by providing the policy and process framework, expert guidance, tools and training that enable employees to reject bribery and corruption. As a business steward for SAP, the OEC helps to ensure that SAP undertakes business with integrity, adhering to both the spirit and letter of the law in all of the markets in which the company operates.

Rajib is an experienced ethics & compliance advisor with expertise in anti-bribery and corruption, fraud prevention, financial crime and regulatory compliance across multiple industries.
