Samer is an experienced Ethics and Compliance professional with a proven track record of developing and implementing compliance frameworks for large multinational companies. As the Head of Ethics & Compliance - Special Oversight at Meta, he oversees compliance frameworks for some of Meta’s most complex and high-risk initiatives. Samer brings a diverse perspective to this role, having worked across multiple countries delivering forensic services for Deloitte, and conducting compliance & ethics investigations for Oracle, he understands the importance of practical advice that fits with local cultures. He is also a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional International (CCEP-I) and a Fellow of the International Compliance Association (FICA).
