Reporting directly to SAP’s CEO, Vivianne leads the Office of Ethics & Compliance, a global team of experienced compliance professionals focused on anti-corruption, bribery and fraud. In January 2024, under Vivianne’s leadership, and following more than six years of stringent remediation and enhancements to the compliance program and culture, SAP reached settlement with the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S Securities Exchange and local regulators relating to past compliance matters. As a corporate lawyer, Vivianne's private practice experience in both London and Asia extends across corporate, commercial and regulatory matters in relation to the tech and telecommunications industries as well as data protection, including the provision of policy advice to government and regulatory bodies.
