Agro-100 completes new liquid fertilizer and biostimulant manufacturing plant

Canadian company Agro-100 has invested in a new liquid production plant following the integration of Axter Agroscience, a biostimulant company that Agro-100 acquired in 2021.
Agro-100 has brought on-stream 10 million litres of liquid fertilizer capacity and up to 16 million litres of agro-foliars and biostimulants per year.
Located in Quebec, the 30,000 m² facility now has two manufacturing sites, five warehouses, offices, and a maintenance workshop.
"This new production plant gives us a strategic and competitive advantage," said Stéphane Beaucage, President and Chief Executive Officer.
The company has a storage capacity for finished products of 386,000 litres in bulk and 250,000 litres for packaged product.
Agro-100 has improved its storage capacity for raw materials at 220,000 litres. The company has two distribution points in Ontario in addition to its Quebec facilities.
