Tracy is currently the Lab Lead for Biological Seed Growth Formulations in Bayer Crop Science. In this role, she is responsible for the development of the next generation biologics products for row crops that maximize value for our farmer customers and contribute to Bayer’s sustainability initiatives.

Tracy has over 14 years of experience in leveraging her background in polymer science and engineering to develop greener products and processes using biologics. Previously, she was the Director of Polymer Systems for a start-up company developing low-cost carbon dioxide capture systems using stabilized enzymes.

Tracy earned a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and received undergraduate degrees in both Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from the University of Florida. She currently lives in St Louis, MO, with her wife and very spoiled cat and dog.
