Sam Fouladgar has 20 years of experience training and advising leaders across the GCC, with more than 10,000 professionals trained in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and Oman. He works with organisations on putting human and artificial intelligence to practical use together: AI strategy, agentic systems, multi-agent workflows, process automation and voice AI.

He began in peak performance coaching and business transformation, and now applies the samemethod to AI adoption. More than 70 percent of his own business operations run through intelligent systems he designed and built. That build experience, not theory, is what he brings into the room.

He has advised banks, corporates and founders including Dubai Islamic Bank, Lesha Bank and EY on AIadoption strategy, and works across finance, technology, government, hospitality and manufacturing. His programmes include Leadership in the Age of AI, Applying Generative AI in the Workplace, and AI and Digital Transformation for Middle Managers. He delivers in English and Arabic.

Alongside the technical work he leads the change management side, so AI roll outs land with the people who have to use them.
