Dale is a director of scientific research at DJS-AbbVie based in Oxford. His role is primarily to manage and guide antibody therapeutic programs from inception to the clinical proof of concept, as well as scientific operational oversite of the DJS-AbbVie site.

Over Dale’s career to date, he has worked on antibody and small molecule therapeutic programs across many areas including Immunology, oncology, neuroscience, fibrosis and viral disease. This work has led to Dale being involved in the delivery of many antibody candidates to clinical development and patients.
