Anita Parlow, Esq., MSt., a recent Fulbright Scholar to Iceland, was advisor to the Harvard-MIT Arctic Fisheries Project, and Founding Team Lead for the D.C.-based Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars’ Polar Program. Parlow has spoken in symposia on Arctic and Arctic shipping issues in the United States, Canada, Europe, Russia and China, and authored numerous articles regarding Arctic shipping, energy, and infrastructure. Parlow, a member of the Bar of the United States Supreme Court, earned an advanced degree in law from Oxford University on the topic of Corporate Social Responsibility, prevention and crisis response. She is currently co-editor of a forthcoming book on the subject of climate and food security, with her two chapters focused on the Bering Sea and Strait.
