Partner in the Restructuring, Credit Recovery and Insolvency practice at TozziniFreire, Gabriela specializes in representing financial creditors and suppliers in the restructuring and recovery of their claims, as well as in the enforcement of collateral and repossession of assets. She has extensive experience in corporate restructuring and insolvency proceedings, including judicial and out‑of‑court reorganizations, bankruptcy, liquidation, foreign insolvency recognition proceedings, as well as collection and enforcement actions and related proceedings.

Gabriela assists financial creditors and suppliers in the negotiation, restructuring, and recovery of their claims, and advises investors on the structuring and implementation of related transactions, developing procedural strategies in highly complex market cases. She also has experience in bilateral and syndicated credit restructuring transactions, including the implementation of debt renegotiation structures involving a wide range of banking products, in both local and foreign currencies.
