Jackson Myers has experience in a wide array of high-stakes matters, having litigated at every level of the federal judiciary from bankruptcy court to the U.S. Supreme Court. He brings top-quality writing, thorough research, unwavering attention to detail, and thoughtful advocacy to all of his matters.

Mr. Myers regularly represents clients in matters related to the recognition of arbitral awards, the enforcement and execution of judgments, and cross-border discovery under 28 U.S.C. §1782. He also has substantial experience in appellate litigation, especially appeals related to administrative law, energy, and intellectual property.

Mr. Myers’s approach to lawyering is informed by the two years he spent clerking for distinguished federal judges. Prior to joining MoloLamken, Mr. Myers clerked for Judge Dennis Jacobs of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and for Judge John D. Bates of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. He also briefly worked as a litigation associate at Morrison Foerster LLP.
