Profile

President, Managing Partner and Head of Litigation Practice at DE HOYOS AVILES

I'm an accomplished trial attorney who has successfully litigated nationwide (Mexico).
Since 1989, my practice is focused on international and high-stakes litigation.
With a broad experience in dispute resolution, focus my practice on civil, commercial, and cross-border litigation (Mexico-USA).

I represent domestic and international clients in high-stakes defence and plaintiff’s litigation.
Involving complex business litigation, real estate litigation, contract disputes, shareholders and partnership disputes, business torts, intra-family business disputes, preference, and voidable transactions and complex appeals before Federal Courts.
I frequently participate as an expert on Mexican law at the request of U.S. law firms.

I was born and raised on the northern border of Mexico, which has allowed him to be not only bilingual but also bicultural.
Likewise, I understand the American legal system perfectly, which makes it easy for him to interact with US companies and law firms doing business in Mexico.

I manage the business dynamics between Mexico and the United States, the multiple legal issues faced by companies and entrepreneurs doing business on both sides of the border.
Serving as a legal consultant to national and transnational corporations.
