Lincoln Caylor is a leading Canadian litigator who advises clients on complex, cross-border matters involving economic crime, financial fraud, asset-tracing and recovery. He represents clients in high-stakes investigations and disputes, including asset-recovery litigation, enforcement proceedings, trust disputes involving alleged misconduct and matters involving Canada’s anti-money laundering regime.

Lincoln works closely with clients and international counsel to develop and implement strategic approaches to complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes and asset-recovery matters. He is known for his sophisticated understanding of cross-border litigation and his ability to navigate challenging financial disputes.

Lincoln is a co-founder and active member of the International Academy of Financial Crime Litigators and a recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for his contributions to Canada.
