Pablo is the founding partner of González de Cossío y Garza Abogados, a Law Firm based in Mexico City devoted to make a difference in the society of Mexico in the field of commercial dispute resolution. Pablo focuses his practice as a party advocate in commercial litigation and arbitration, and insolvency proceedings. His experience comprises proceedings for the recognition of foreign judgments, international commercial arbitration proceedings, litigation in local and federal Courts in Mexico —including the Supreme Court of Justice of Mexico— as well as cross border litigation of cases being heard in Mexico and in New York City. Pablo holds a Law Degree from Escuela Libre de Derecho and a Master of Laws from New York University, and is admitted to practice Law in Mexico and in New York.
