Rodrigo F. García joined Marval O'Farrell Mairal in 1998 and has been a partner at the firm since 2011. He has more than 20 years of experience in dispute resolution and has litigated a wide range of cases. His professional practice includes arbitration, family law, class actions, and contentious matters of an environmental nature.

Rodrigo has been appointed as regional representative for Latin America of the IBA Litigation Committee for 2018/2019 and as membership and communications officer from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2022. He graduated as a lawyer from the Argentine Catholic University in 1998 and has a postgraduate degree in Business and Business Law from the Austral University, Argentina.
