Changying serves as Deputy Director of International Business Department and Partner at Tahota Law Firm’s Beijing office.

She has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation and international arbitration. She regularly advises and represents domestic and foreign clients in high-stakes disputes across entertainment and cross-border trade and investment. She has acted as counsel in arbitration proceedings at major international arbitration centres, developing commercially focused strategies tailored to each client’s objectives.

She is recognised for her ability to navigate highly technical and complex matters with precision. Combining deep knowledge of Chinese legal and regulatory frameworks with an international perspective, she structures effective dispute resolution strategies in multi-jurisdictional contexts. Her practice frequently involves coordinating with counsel across borders to implement recovery strategies.
