Zhang Yunyan is a Senior Partner of JT&N of the JT&N office in Hefei, Anhui Province. Ranked as a “Top 100 China Lawyer,” Ms. Zhang is widely recognized as a leading China corporate and disputes resolution attorney, with almost two decades of experience in M&A, finance, capital markets, real estate and construction, and dispute resolution.
Ms. Zhang’s corporate practice encompasses a focus on technology and media industries, and her clients include numerous governmental offices (including Hefei Municipal Government, Bengbu Municipal Government, Huainan Municipal Government, Huaibei Municipal Government, Anhui Provincial Department of Commerce, Department of Finance, Department of Civil Affairs and the Economic and Information Commission.) as well as many of the most significant international and domestic commercial enterprises active in Anhui Province and in China generally (including, Huawei, China Development Bank, Bank of China, China Merchants Bank, Agricultural Bank of China, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, GF Securities, Guoyuan Securities, Huaan Securities, Amer International Group and Iflytek).
Ms. Zhang’s dispute resolution practice has included successful representations in more than one thousand domestic and foreign cases, including litigation, commercial arbitration and international trade arbitration, which included an assortment of complex civil, commercial, criminal and administrative litigation cases. Ms. Zhang’s trial court cases have been selected by Anhui superior people's court to be public demonstration court cases. She is the only practicing lawyer accredited as an expert by the Anhui High People's Court and the Anhui Provincial Judge Training School. Ms. Zhang serves as an arbitrator of many arbitration committees, and is a frequent participant in CCTV’s legal forum column.
