Daniel Carnio is known worldwide for his dedicated work in improving legislation and judicial practices in bankruptcy and corporate restructuring processes. With a solid academic background, he holds a law degree from the University of São Paulo (USP), a master's degree from FADISP and Samford University (USA), a doctorate from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), and completed postdoctoral research at the Sorbonne (France). Currently, he is a professor in the commercial law department at PUC-SP and a tenured professor in the master's and doctoral programs at Uninove-SP.
