Desmond Cheung practises in dispute resolution and regulatory matters. He has solid experience in handling commercial disputes involving numerous jurisdictions and complicated issues of facts and law. He also has valuable experience in handling securities regulatory investigations by the SFC and HKEX, having previously handled regulatory investigations and disciplinary actions on the other side of the aisle.

Last but not least, he has good experience in handling international arbitrations, having completed a secondment in the international arbitration team of our London office .
