Farah Shuhadah Razali is a Partner at RDS Partnership, with a practice spanning corporate and commercial disputes, insolvency and restructuring, asset recovery and enforcement, as well as land, development and projects.

She regularly advises and acts for local and international clients on insolvency, restructuring and recovery matters, including schemes of arrangement, judicial management, liquidation and disputes arising from corporate distress. Her broader practice includes complex contractual, corporate and shareholder disputes, together with advisory and contentious work involving major development projects, land acquisition, town planning and other land-related matters.

Farah has appeared as counsel and co-counsel at all tiers of the Malaysian courts and has acted in a number of reported cases. She also represents clients in commercial arbitration and mediation.

Farah has been recognised by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific for her dispute resolution practice and is identified as a key lawyer in its 2026 Malaysia Dispute Resolution guide.
