Ms. Jessica Li is a counsel in dispute resolution practice at Fangda Partners, based in Shanghai. She specializes in dispute resolution, as well as commercial restructuring and insolvency, with a focus on cross-border elements.

Jessica has advised and represented clients in complex commercial disputes involving financing, investment, corporate control, M&A, contract and tort issues. Her experience includes arbitration cases before the China International Economics and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC), the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC), and representation before all levels of the PRC courts. In areas of insolvency, she regularly acts for creditors, shareholders and foreign insolvency officeholders in large, complex cases of out-of-court restructuring, liquidation, reorganization, and involuntary dissolution.

Jessica is also a member of the board of International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) in China.
