School Head, Legal Knowledge and Development at AGC-Legal Service Academy (Singapore)

Jiamin is the School Head (Legal Knowledge and Development) at AGC-Legal Service Academy, where she focuses on developing legal capability and strengthening how lawyers learn, grow and practise.

Before joining AGC, she was Legal Faculty at the Singapore Academy of Law, where she designed and taught structured training programmes for the legal profession, including the Junior Lawyers Professional Certification Programme and programmes offered by the Singapore Mediation Centre.

Jiamin’s move into legal education followed a decade in legal practice. She was previously a dispute resolution partner at WongPartnership, where she acted in a broad range of court and arbitration matters, including complex commercial disputes, fraud and asset recovery. Her interest in the intersection of law and technology also led her to co-author Foundations of Cybersecurity Law in Singapore. Fluent in business and legal Mandarin, she also regularly acted for Mandarin-speaking and Chinese clients.

Earlier in her career, she spent several years at Rajah & Tann, handling both contentious matters (ranging from intellectual property disputes to general disputes before the High Court and Court of Appeal) and non-contentious matters. She was recognised in The Legal 500 Asia Pacific in 2019 and IAM Patent 1000 (Singapore) in 2020.
