Justin Yuen is a Partner of Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department at Deacons. He is a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong, New South Wales (Australia) (non-practising) and England & Wales (non-practising). He also obtained the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Lawyer’s License in July 2023.
Justin has extensive experience in commercial litigation, international arbitration, construction related advisory and disputes resolution. He is a member of the HKIAC Appointment Advisory Board and is appointed to the panel of arbitrators of South China International Arbitration Center (Hong Kong) and eBRAM International Online Dispute Resolution Centre. He is also a China-appointed attesting officer and serves in a great number of public and professional bodies, including being a council member of the Law Society of Hong Kong (LSHK), chairman of the Standing Committee on Standards and Development and Trainee Solicitors Committee of LSHK, member of Appeal Panel of the Building Rehabilitation Company Registration Scheme of Urban Renewal Authority, honorary legal adviser of Hong Kong Institute of Project Management, member of the Panel of the Board of Review (Inland Revenue Ordinance) and LSHK representative of the Costs Committee of the HKSAR Government, etc.
