Represented a Taiwanese subsidiary of a Japanese semiconductor equipment manufacturer in a CIETAC arbitration involving the collection of outstanding payments.

Acted as a Taiwanese law expert for a multinational glass manufacturer in an ICC arbitration seated in New York, relating to a stay of Taiwanese litigation proceedings.

Represented a Japanese LED manufacturer in enforcing an AAA award rendered against another Taiwanese LED manufacturer, where a stay of enforcement was requested and a violation of public policy was alleged.

Monica also has 15 years of experience litigating international and domestic issues in Taiwanese courts. She has extensive experience in intellectual property litigation and the highly specialized area of trade secret litigation. She has represented numerous international and domestic companies from the IT, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, automobile, and manufacturing industries before the Intellectual Property and Commercial Court in Taiwan.
