Lawyer Nguyen Ngoc Minh is the Partner of Dzungsrt & Associates LLC. Mr. Minh is leading a team of six members specializing in international dispute resolution by Arbitration, Litigation and ADR.

Mr. Minh has represented clients in arbitrations at the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). Besides, Mr. Minh also acted in various cases before Vietnam Courts.

Matters in which Mr. Minh has acted are oftentimes high-profile, covering a wide range of legal and factual questions. Many of his cases are also first-of-their-kind in Vietnam.
