Nodir Yuldashev is a partner at GRATA International law firm, leading commercial, construction and tax practices in Uzbekistan. His main areas of focus are Uzbek commercial and contract laws, as well as taxation of non-residents in Uzbekistan. Before joining GRATA in 2008 Nodir Yuldashev has worked as head of legal department at Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry and as a legal counsel at the Committee for economic insolvency of enterprises. Nodir has assisted clients in multiple international and domestic investment, trade and construction projects. An active arbitrator at Tashkent International Arbitration Court (TIAC) and arbitrator at Arbitration Institute under Swedish Chamber of Commerce.

Nodir has been consistently praised for his performance in Chambers and Partners, Legal 500, Who is Who Legal (Lexology Index), IFLR1000 since 2014. He has graduated from the University of Durham with LLB degree in 2002 and from the University of Westminster with LLM degree in 2017.
