Victor is a Partner and head of the Business Restructuring Services at PwC Malaysia, with 30+ years of experience in insolvency and restructuring matters. He is also a licensed Insolvency Practitioner from Ministry of Finance (MOF) and Labuan Financial Services Authority (LFSA).

Some of his work involves dispute resolution, insolvency, investigations, corporate and debt restructuring with various exposures to a wide range of clients in various industries, including manufacturing, property development, aviation, oil and gas including global asset tracing and recovery across multiple jurisdictions.

Victor is a Certified Practicing Accountant of CPA Australia and a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and a member of the Insolvency Practice Committee of the MIA. He is also a Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountant MICPA and a member of the Insolvency Practice Committee of the MICPA. He is currently the Vice-president of The Insolvency Practitioners Association of Malaysia (IPAM).
