Jamie is a Partner who leads our Restructuring and Insolvency team. He acts for insolvency practitioners, secured and unsecured creditors, companies, shareholders and directors in all aspects of restructuring and insolvency including; examinerships, Part 9 schemes of arrangements, receiverships, liquidations and bankruptcies. Jamie also represents domestic and foreign banks as well as non-bank lenders in relation to their security enforcement and distressed asset recovery actions. He has extensive experience in complex litigation before the superior courts arising from those restructuring or insolvency mandates.

Jamie also lectures on restructuring on the Law Society of Ireland’s Professional Practice courses. He has contributed to a number of publications including co-authoring the Irish chapter of the Asset Tracing and Recovery Review. Jamie is consistently endorsed and ranked in his field by Chambers Europe, IFLR 1000 and Legal 500, including in the current editions of each.
