Nick Marsh is Chair of Quinn Emanuel’s Civil Fraud Practice in London. His practice covers complex cross-border disputes, through both arbitration and litigation. Nick is an expert in M&A, finance, energy, telecoms, fraud and offshore disputes, often involving arbitration and related court proceedings. Nick is well known for obtaining interim relief and for enforcing judgments and arbitral awards.

Nick is ranked by Legal 500 as a leading individual in both Commercial Litigation and Civil Fraud, as an expert in Russian disputes by Chambers Global and as a leader by Who's Who Legal for Asset Recovery.

Nick has practised arbitration in London and Paris. He is fluent in Spanish, French and German and also speaks basic Russian and Italian. Nick has sat as an arbitrator and is a solicitor advocate.
