Bernard advises on all aspects of commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on civil fraud. He frequently act for both claimants and defendants in high value multi jurisdictional disputes. In recent years he has acted extensively for Yukos in a variety of litigation around the world and in London and has also acted in the BTA and Okrite Bank litigation in the London Commercial Court and worked on the Irish bank Resolution Corporation special liquidation. He is listed as a leading individual for civil fraud in both Chambers and Legal 500.
