Charles Phiri is an International Restructuring Expert and a Founder of CP Advisers (PTY) LTD in Johannesburg, South Africa. He is a licenced Senior Insolvency Practitioner with vast experience in Cross Border Insolvency. His expertise ranges from Corporate Turnarounds & Restructuring, Debt restructuring, Bankruptcy Law, Business Rescue, Tax services and Business advisory. He deals more in African Insolvency practices and implementing of business rescue/restructuring plans to distressed Companies in line with Chapter 6 of Companies Act 71 of 2008 (South Africa).

Mr. Phiri’s practice has actively been involved in International Insolvency Matters, International Tax Matters and other related legal matters.
