DR. ROGER KORANTENG (pronounce like CO-RAN-TIN) is the Head, Public Sector Governance, Commonwealth Secretariat, London, UK. Roger has over 30 years combined experience in lecturing, consultancy and international management and leadership. He specialises in leadership, governance, anti-corruption, strategic planning management, institutional development, and public policy.
He established a successful and vibrant Association of Anti-Corruption Agencies in Commonwealth Africa to promote interagency collaboration and learning through the capacity building sharing of experiences and best practices. In 2013 – He established the Commonwealth Africa Anti-Corruption Centre in Botswana which builds and strengthens capacity of Anti-Corruption Agencies in Commonwealth Africa. In 2015 – He established the Association of Integrity Commissions and Anti-Corruption Bodies in Commonwealth Caribbean. It provides a forum for training, sharing experiences, good practices. In 2017 – He established a Regional Training Centre of Excellence in Grenada for in-country and regional training in the Caribbean.
He has delivered over many Executive Development Seminars, Senior Government officials and Cabinet retreats in over 50 countries around the world, as well as being guest and keynote speaker at many academic and international conferences in Africa, Caribbean, Asia, Europe, and USA. He is an excellent leader, manager, teacher, storyteller, and speaker. Dr Koranteng has, over years, trained, established, strengthened, and managed both public and private sector institutions around the world
