Edward is a Partner in DaHui Lawyers’ Beijing office, focusing on complex domestic and international commercial dispute resolution, investigation and compliance matters. Edward has assisted both Chinese and multinational clients with a wide range of cross-border disputes, including arbitration under SIAC, ICC, LCIA, HKIAC, CIETAC, BAC, SHIAC, SCIA and CMAC arbitration rules as well as litigation before different levels of courts in the PRC and in other jurisdictions. He is experienced in supporting clients in complex disputes relating to cross-border investments, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, sales of goods, employment and compensation, real estate and construction, and energy.
Edward also has extensive experience advising clients with their internal and external investigations, crisis management, restructuring and bankruptcy-related matters, often in connection with dispute resolution processes, and has served as a PRC law expert in foreign court proceedings.
