Since 2003, Janusz has been supporting clients in the area of business criminal law.

He has accumulated unique experience in cases that require adequate assessment of the criminal liability risks of individuals and organisations, preparation of a litigation strategy, and prudent support in crisis situations.

At Raczkowski has been heading the business criminal law, compliance and internal proceedings practice for 4 years, having previously headed the criminal practice at one of Poland’s largest independent law firms for 6 years.

He was a judge of the Bar Association’s disciplinary courts for 12 years.
