Paulius Docka is a partner at QND LEGAL and a graduate of Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, IE Business School and the University of Leicester. A recognized arbitrator, he is frequently appointed in complex domestic and international arbitration cases.

Paulius serves as a member of the Arbitration Committee of the Lithuanian Bar Association and as the Baltic Representative of the Asset Recovery Committee of the International Bar Association.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is included on its Approved Faculty List. Paulius is also a co-founder of famous Arbitration Association of Central and Eastern Europe - ArbCEE and a member of the ICC Institute of World Business Law.

Paulius has been recognized by Lexology Index as a Thought Leader in Arbitration, Commercial Litigation and Aviation Contentious, and as Highly Recommended in Transport – Aviation Finance and Client Choice – Arbitration.
