Rachel advises on a broad range of commercial litigation and arbitration cases, with particular expertise in insurance, professional negligence and financial services.

Rachel has extensive experience advising on a broad range of commercial litigation and arbitration cases. She has particular expertise advising insurers in relation to insurance cover disputes and professional indemnity claims.

Rachel manages high value claims for Irish and international insurers arising from policy interpretation, avoidance of policies and declinature of claims and also acts for insurers in the defence of a significant number of professional negligence cases against professionals.
